A god awful realtor. Im purchasing a home remotely and Zillow put me in touch with this imbecile. It didnt take long to realize just how incompetent he was. His inability to answer simple real estate questions or to even grasp basic inspection requests for a home I was interested in was truly baffling. After performing an inspection I wanted to discuss the findings before making an earnest money deposit and he tried to rush me into wiring the money. He couldnt be bothered to take 15 minutes to discuss it beforehand. I fired him and had a different realtor assigned to me. I made my earnest money deposit and had my new realtor go over the inspection and do a walkthrough of the home with a contractor to evaluate mold and water damage to the property. Long story short she did right by me and we ended up not going through with the purchase of this wildly problematic home. Scott was too worried about making his commission than looking out for me his client. He could barely even figure out how to write up a contract without me pointing out which boxes he should check off during the signing of the purchase agreement. Steer clear of this guy buying a home is major deal you should do so with people who are good at their jobs and care more about your satisfaction than them just getting a payday.
