We are Canadian owners of property in the USA. Charity guided us through the sale of our property as we could not be in the USA to facilitate the sale. This included all documentation, legal & tax considerations and organized the appropriate people to support us remotely.

We were so impressed with Charity. She was always cheerful, focused on us and our needs, was patient to answer all of our questions and helped us to understand the processes and all of the paperwork.
