I am Desiree Barton, the Owner and Qualifying Broker of Property Partners, Inc. Because I am living my dream career, I have a personal stake in my clients. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction to work with my buyers, sellers, and investors on all aspects of their residential and real estate transactions. I facilitate successful deals, from purchases, sales, and short-sales to foreclosure avoidance for homeowners. I started my career in property management in 2001. After excelling in business development, client management, and tenant retention, I became an Associate Broker in 2007. In 2009, I earned my Qualifying Brokers license and opened my own company: Property Partners, Inc. By providing my clients with my expertise as a Certified Distressed Property Expert and Certified Residential Specialist, and building a powerful team, my company and I have developed strategic partnerships all over America, with satisfied clients from Los Angeles to New York!

As your real estate adviser, my goal is to provide the awareness and knowledge necessary to help you make the best real estate decision for you and your family. Providing my expertise on negotiations, contractual obligations, and pre-closing and closing procedures, I am dedicated to serving the communities of Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and the surrounding areas. When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family, and ride my Harley Davidson V-Rod. I also love to travel, fish, ski, and fly in helicopters!
