Julie, who was raised and educated in La Canada-Flintridge, has eight years of marketing/media experience. Since graduation from the University of California, Santa Barbara, she has worked for Western International Media, the worlds largest media buying company, and K*B Toy Stores, a division of Consolidated Stores Corp., one of the largest retailers in the country. As a media buyer for these companies, she became very adept at negotiation skills. She negotiated contracts that saved companies thousands of dollars. She lives in La Canada Flintridge with her family, husband Jeremy and two children, Jaden and Jenna, who attend school at Paradise Canyon Elementary. Julie is also involved in the community through La Canada Junior Womens Club, PTA and as a troop leader for Girl Scouts of America.
Julie started working with her mother when designing the marketing plan for the 62-acre Willis Estate. This plan helped set Denise apart from other top agents to finally be awarded the listing. Since Julie has started working with her Mom, they have more than doubled their business. Julie has been working full time with her Mom since 1999 and is also a member of the prestigious Winners Circle and an Estates Director.
Together, Julie and Denise fully support the community of LCF and its schools. For years they have been Gold Sponsors of the LCFEF as well as sponsoring events for the Foundation. Since 2005, they have sponsored events and most recently the PCY Medieval Faire Fun Run to help raise money for much needed programs and supplies. Julie and Denise also sponsor AYSO teams as well as LCJSBA teams. They truly appreciate LCF and all it has to offer and enjoy supporting the schools and the children. They also find it a joy to support the entire community with their donations through the Dilbeck Charitable Foundation.
