Monica Shea relocated to Colorado Springs since 2003, and grew up in the Tampa Bay area in Florida. She is a graduate of the university of Florida and previously worked in public relations and logistics for a large international agricultural company. After starting a real estate investment company in 2005, Monica expanded her real estate career and became a Realtor is 2009.
Monica works side by side with her husband Ryan, and they have 3 children, several pets and are very active in the community. A portion from every single closing is donated to Make-A-Wish Colorado to help grant life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses. Monica especially takes pride in the relationships created with her clients, and stays in touch throughout the year with fun client events ranging from renting out a movie theater, game nights etc!
Monica works hard for her clients and is proud to be in the top 1% of the nearly 4000 licensed agents across the Pikes Peak Region, and has recently earned the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) designation and is also a Military Relocation Professional as well, to help navigate past and present members of our armed forces through the real estate maze.
