Hello! Welcome and thank you for taking time to learn a little bit about me!
I joined the Real Estate Industry in 2018 after 22 successful and fulfilling years in property management. My passion and zest for serving others led me to take my career to the next level and has enabled me to share my love of helping people find a new home, developing relationships based on trust and confidence and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process and beyond the sale!
Im a Colorado Native born and raised in Southern Colorado, completing college right here at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. As a child I loved our annual trips to Colorado Springs.its always felt like home to me. People are often intrigued as to why Ive never moved and hands down its a quality of life decision. We have everything we need here including clean air, great outdoor trails and open space, a strong economy and excellent police, fire and medical services. Top that off with our strong Military Community and Olympic HQ and training, Colorado Springs is a phenomenal place to call home! We have all of the above plus a plethora of local and chain shopping and dining venues.
I enjoy running and racing, gardening, traveling, cooking and of course spending time with my family. I love to plan parties & events- give me a reason and Ill take it from there! As a former first lady of Colorado Springs, Im deeply rooted in the community. My husband served 14 years on the Colorado Springs City Council with 8 of those as Mayor. Our love for the community and sincere desire to stay involved so that we can do our part to keep Colorado Springs among the top cities in the US to live, work and play is a passion we share. The foundation of my career is built upon trust, confidence and relationships. I pride myself in delivering exceptional customer service service beyond the sale. You have my word that I will make every effort and work tirelessly for my clients to ensure a successful transaction. Afterall, success in our industry comes from word of mouth and happy clients are my greatest asset!
My 22 year career in property management began in 1996 as a leasing consultant, and I was promoted to management in 1997 and continued to grow in that industry until late 2017 when I decided to spread my wings and take my career to the next level. My management experience in multi-family housing spans apartment communities, college campus housing, a condo conversion and HOA start-up/management, over 11 years as a Senior Manager of Privatized Military Housing on Fort Carson, Low Income Tax Credit (LITC) housing in Boulder CO, a midrise with retail downtown Denver CO, and single family homes as a licensed Realtor.
