After working over twenty one years in the Air Force, Patrick Holleran decided to make the jump to real estatea perfect fit for a guy who can talk to a tree and is blessed to know a great many vets and non-vets in Colorado Springs and the surrounding area. He joined Pikes Peak Dream Homes Realty in the spring of 2019 after honing his real estate skills at Keller Williams Partners and Keller Williams Clients Choice, from September 2013 to February 2019.
Upon retiring from military service, Patrick worked part-time for two local companies in the areas of customer service, sales and consulting. He felt extraordinarily lucky during that period to be able to spend some much needed quality one-on-one time with his daughter, the pride and joy of his life.
Patrick has lived in the Colorado Springs area for about fifteen years and definitely plans on making this great city his permanent home. Patrick couldnt be more excited about working with the outstanding team of brokers and staff at Pikes Peak Dream Homes.
A proud graduate of the University of Michigan, Patrick truly enjoys helping and interacting with people. A problem solver by nature, he doesn't rest until his clients' goals are not only met but exceeded. He works with sellers, buyers, renters and owners across the state of Colorado in every price range. Yes, that means he is also a property manager. He knows the market and has a huge array of vendors across every industry with whom he has worked...they will take care of your every need!
Patrick is blessed to have been featured in Real Producers magazine. When not involved with his clients, Patrick spends lots of time with his beautiful daughter. He loves to play golf, compete in various races (as long as they have a senior division!) and enjoy everything this wonderful city has to offer.
