Jin a Chinese born American has lived in Colorado Springs since 1996, and is therefore fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. She has always been very competitive, whilst in China, she became the third-best table tennis player in her province. This trained her to think fast and react faster. She has a masters degree in Exercise Physiology and taught college-level courses in the health field.

As a single mother raising a daughter, she knows about frugality. Her attitude is: do what it takes to get it done. She has held multiple jobs at once. These jobs were in customer service sectors; she owned and ran a restaurant as well as working in the medical field. These jobs taught her critical customer service skills needed in the real estate industry. She treats the customer as if she were them, and guides them through the whole process. Communication is key! She is in constant communications, you always know where you are in the process. The clients needs come first.

She has always had a passion for real estate. She began real estate endeavors in 2005 as an investor. In 2010 she earned her real estate license. She has had a blessed career as an agent and has made many new acquaintances and friends from her real estate experiences. She utilizes all her experience, knowledge and ethics to learn her clients' desires. She works hard for her clients and is a good negotiator. In 2018, she was awarded the REMAX Platinum Award, and in 2019 achieved the 100% Club and in 2022 was invited to the Peak Producers of Colorado Springs. She and her husband have decided to form a team, The Wick Group at Pikes Peak Dream Homes Realty. Together they want to help as many people as possible get their dream home. In 2023 Jin and David open their own company Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty
