Native of Texas, I've been living in the Tampa Bay area since 1999. Upon moving to Florida, I worked as a personal trainer and with a major business corporation before getting my real estate license in 2003. I absolutely LOVE selling real estate and I LOVE, even more, the relationships that I've gained in helping buyers and sellers with their real property dreams.
I am both a buyer's agent and a seller's agent. I feel it is important to focus on both sides of the real estate transaction in order to fully understand what my client's are needing and wanting when they decide to buy or sell. Honesty, integrity and "telling it like it is; not what you want to hear" is what drives my motivation and my success. I love working with seasoned investors as well as first time home buyers. I LOVE walking first timers through the process and my past clients really appreciate my patience and direction. I work heavily with members of the LGBTQ+ community and I believe that EVERYONE, regardless of who they are or who they love, deserve the right of home ownership. I work with multiple mortgage and title professionals who have the same sentiment and my connection to those professionals help make the buying and selling process seamless and efficient.
