With almost 20 years in the Real Estate industry, Cathryn offers a unique skill set and an impressive resume which includes commercial, residential and new construction sales experience. This versatile background has made her an invaluable asset to her clients.

Cathryn spent the last 10 years as an award winning, Top Producer with Chicagos Baird & Warner. With nearly 100M in sales, Cathryn became known for setting price records for her clients and communities. Prior to joining Baird & Warner, Cathryn was with the National Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap, one of the nations largest commercial real estate investment advisory firms. Focused on shopping centers and single tenant net leased assets, Cathryn's role was to develop new client relationships with high net worth private investors and institutional buyers in Illinois and the tri state area. During her six year tenure, Cathryn assisted in closing over 1.2B in commercial assets.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Cathryn headed the Contract Administration and Escrow departments for two of the nations largest residential and mixed-use developers. In her capacity, Cathryn closed over 1,200 residential units and was involved in three condominium conversions and four new construction developments in Chicago, Florida and Las Vegas.

It is this wealth of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry that sets Cathryn apart. She brings a personal and value oriented approach to achieving her clients goals. Her tenacity and drive are why she has achieved a 99.2% list to sale ratio and has consistently set price records and raised the values in the communities she serves. These are just some of the reasons that Cathryn remains in high demand with Buyers and Sellers alike.

A long time resident of Chicago and the Lakeview neighborhood, Cathryn is involved with the local chamber and with several national and local charities. Among them, St. Judes, Habitat for Humanity and House of the Good Shepard. As the parent of an adopted dog, Cathryn is also active with the local animal shelters and rescues including CACC, One Tail at a Time, Anti-Cruelty and several others that advocate for adoption and animal welfare issues.

Cathryn is a Masters graduate of Loyola University Chicago where she majored in Political Science with a minor in International Law. While in college, Cathryn interned as a paralegal in a downtown Chicago law firm specializing in White Collar Criminal Defense. While the law was ultimately not for her, she is grateful for the internship that lead her to her calling in Real Estate, which remains her full passion.
