My name is Kim Weyrauch a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty. I have been a licensed agent in TN and KY since January 2006. I have taken the training to become an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), along with the specialized education offered by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC). In addition to knowing the dynamics of the local market, Realtors with the ABR designation also understand the special needs of buyers. I have the experience to provide the service you need and will help you make informed decisions through the entire process that will lead to a successful home purchase or sale. The Army brought my family to Ft Campbell, KY in 1979. I graduated from Ft Campbell High School. My parents retired here and remain in the Clarksville area. I have two daughters; with their huge age difference they keep me running, along with my grandchildren. With my background associated with the military I feel I could be a great asset in your home buying or selling experience. I worked in the medical field 14 years before making the huge career change to Real Estate. I am enjoying the change so please keep me in mind for all your Real Estate needs, whether it is buying, selling or renting property as well as commercial property and land. Rest assured anyone you refer to me will be treated with the highest degree of professionalism possible. I LOVE REFERRALS!!!

Areas served include Clarksville & Nashville, TN-Fort Campbell & Hopkinsville, KY & surrounding areas.
