Jerry Zolobkowski has been an active Realtor in the Pioneer Valley of Western Mass since 2007, and has helped many buyers and sellers achieve and realize their real estate goals. Throughout that time he has never backed away from a challenge or a new experience where something new can be learned. This has enabled him to help homeowners facing foreclosure, with short sales, with investors looking for a deal, as I have a great understanding of the numbers involved in analyzing properties, with commercial clients looking to sell, rent or find a space to do business, and lastly with 1st time homebuyers, managing their anxiety and expectations through a detailed and organized plan so that they may achieve the American dream.
Jerry has been described by his peers as innovative, passionate and determined. Jerrys diverse skill set started as he attended Hobart College, a small liberal arts school in the Finger Lakes of beautiful upstate New York, and then graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science from Hofstra University in 2005 with a Masters in Science Education. In 2007, Jerry decided to take on a new challenge and took the Real Estate Sales Agent Exam, beginning an exciting new chapter in his life with eyes wide open and his heart full of right intentions. In addition to his time as a Realtor, Jerry has served as a classroom Science and Engineering teacher since 2001. The skill set needed to be a successful teacher has crossed over nicely and has allowed him to find success as a Realtor. Skills such as organization, passion, the ability to learn and be a life-long student, effectively manage a classroom, curriculum, students, and expectations, have allowed him to cross over into the business sector.
Jerry has called the Pioneer Valley his home since 2007, settling in Northampton after a move from New York City. He is originally from Long Island, the home of the bagel, the pizza slice and the fried egg sandwich, which he misses dearly. He chose the Pioneer Valley because of its beauty, its culture and its access to inspiring people and places. My adventures as a Realtor has helped me to explore this great area and really understand the needs of all the diverse markets here. This has enabled him to feel comfortable working a large area and has enabled him help a diverse group of people from Greenfield to Springfield and from the foothills to the Quabbin Reservoir. He is never too busy to help you, your family, your friends or anyone that may need help with real estate in your life.
