Barbara Stellway has been a full-time real estate broker for over 30 years. She received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the prestigious New York University-Stern College of Business. Her real estate experience includes working as a court appointed commissioner on foreclosure proceedings and negotiating short sales with lending institutions. For 15 years she and her husband owned and managed their own real estate brokerage. Barbara's expertise in the Southern Maryland region offers a unique and personal experience for her clients.

Barbara has received multiple awards for her production. For the last 3 years she has been the top company producer. The Southern Maryland Board of Realtors recognized her sales ability by inducting her into their Hall of Fame. She holds the "CRS"; Certified Residential Specialist designation which only 5% of the Nation's agents have achieved.

It is my high-energy and genuine love of people that has kept me in this business for years. I love the challenges and the new technology available to buyers, sellers and agents. Barbara received the coveted "Realtor of the Year" Award from her peers. She has served as a director and past Board of Realtors President. Volunteer work includes; working with abused children and teaching reading. Barbara is a member of the St. Mary's Garden Club and loves to fish and go boating. She is very involved with her church community. Barbara likes to say that she treats each of her clients like family; because they are.
