Eric has worked with a broad base of clients touching nearly every area of life. His life accomplishments have been heavily influenced by his global experiences. Having lived in 3 different countries, he has consulted with many international clients from various parts of the World. Thanks to his depth of experience and regional knowledge, Eric offers advice on everything from long-term, strategic real estate investing, to how to enjoy the area he also calls home.

Eric received his New York Real Estate License in 1991 while working alongside his father, a Century 21 Premier Agent. As part of his experience, he developed, operated, and owned multiple property management companies for nearly a decade. It was during this time that he realized an enthusiasm for architectural design, historic renovation and preservation.

Aligning his values with the work of Fauquier County, the Virginia Land Trust and the Virginia Outdoors Foundation to preserve the uniqueness of this area; he recognizes and cherishes its natural beauty, historic significance, equestrian focus, international culture and access. Without intentional planning and decision-making to preserve this area, Eric joins the concern that we risk losing what people enjoy most about the Virginia Piedmont.

Together with his wife and children, Eric enjoys time on his familys horse farm. His passions include riding, trail running, tennis, swimming, church activities, as well as attending local events and celebrations. He served on the Board of Directors of his church and held Director-level positions at several nationally recognized U.S. Hospitals. He obtained a Master's Degree in Management from Loughborough University (England), attended the University of British Columbia, and completed his undergraduate studies at Syracuse University in New York.
