Bob spent his summers on the Outer Banks while he attended Old Dominion University and never wanted to live anywhere else other than the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina. Bob moved to the Outer Banks full time in 1987. He began his career in real estate working with the developer of the prestigious golf course community, The Currituck Club and transitioned from site sales into general real estate in 2001. His years of experience in real estate have made him an expert in navigating the cycles of the market and enable him to provide clients with a long term perspective on investing.
