Home of the beautiful Au Sable River

Living near Jay, Essex County, New York is a great experience.

One of the best aspects of living in Jay is its proximity to the Adirondack Mountains. With hiking trails, scenic views, and wildlife to explore, there's something for everyone to enjoy. It's also close to some of the most amazing ski resorts in the area, making it a great place to visit during the winter months.

Another great thing about living near Jay is its small-town feel. While it's part of a larger county, it still has that small-town charm that is hard to come by in bigger cities. It also has a variety of shops and restaurants that offer something for everyone.

Unfortunately, one of the not-so-great things about living near Jay is its limited public transportation options. This can make it difficult for people who don't have access to a car, as they may have to rely on friends or family members for rides to nearby towns or cities.
