1980 is when I earned my Oregon Real Estate License and I have enjoyed a successful career since I began. I worked for a successful builder for 23 years where I was the Managing Principle Broker for over 10 years. I have now chosen Windermere to partner with. I was awarded the "Certified New Home Specialist" in 1989, an award the builder gave to only a few of his Realtors. My past clients describe me as, "a Realtor that is easy to get along with, solves problems and actually listens"!
Oregon Roots!
I was born and educated in Eugene and only left for short time periods, always returning to the area that I love. Helping as many people as I can in the Eugene/Springfield area either sell their home and/or locate their "perfect" home is what brings me satisfaction in a "job well done". My specialty is residential real estate and have occasionally found investment and commercial properties for clients.
Don, The Person
I have been on the Habitat for Humanity land location team and I volunteer at my church. Outside of work and volunteering, I fish, hunt, crab, golf, ride motorcycles, sail, water and snow ski, travel and enjoy woodworking. I am a busy guy, who loves life!
