Prior to joining Compass, Wesley had been an Austin Real Estate Broker and Loan Officer who rose up quickly in the industries, demonstrating exceptional understanding and competency of the markets at the agent and lender level. He then decided to build his own brokerage, Ethos Real Estate and Mortgage, to scale his services and skills, establishing himself as a leader in both seller/buyer representation as well as mortgage loan services. Taking on the next stage of growth, Wesley and his team joined forces with the incredible group at Compass to continue providing world-class home buying and selling experiences, with an unmatched competency in the home buying process from pre-approval to close!
In his free time, Wesley enjoys exploring a wide range of interests and volunteer activities. He plays club soccer in the Austin Mens Soccer Association and participates in a variety of rec sports, including climbing, kayaking, snowboarding, hiking, and camping. His passion for fine arts motivates him to support local Austin artists at every opportunity through event participation, volunteering, and charity. His other volunteer activities include serving on the Board of Directors for Epilepsy Foundation of Central and South Texas, advocacy with the LiveStrong Foundation, and participating in the American Lung Associations Big Ride Across America.
