Jodi spent almost 4 months with me looking for the right place. She took time to understand what I was looking for and as we looked at houses she saw what I liked and didn't and added it to her thinking. She is not pushy in her sales technique and I really got the feel she wanted me to find the right house and was there to facilitate that. Incredibly pleasant to work with and easy to get a hold of and responding back. Started out looking in one direction and then as I saw things available ended up going a little different direction, but Jodi took the time and we walked through quite a few houses to find the right one over almost four month time span. She was honest in her assessment when asked about different things about the houses and was helpful to me with information being in a new area. Jodi was exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. She prepared for selling my home. She asked a lot of questions during the initial tour. She impressed me because she asked about materials ie tile, countertop, wainscotting etc. She then didn't give me an estimate for asking price at that meeting. She went home and did her homework and compared what she had seen with actual comparable in my neighborhood. Because of this, I felt she would best represent my home for sale. The follow up process was much the same. The home sold quickly. Home inspection found a need to mitigate radon and Jodi was quick to suggest companies that are effective and reasonable and then made the arrangements for radon removal. The entire process from beginning to end was efficient, professional, & I feel she did what she could to make the process of selling my home as effortless & stress-free as possible.
