EXCEEDS ANY EXPECTATIONS!

Michael previously worked with us in selling our home in Freehold Township in 2017. At that time, his knoweldge of Freehold, his knowledge of the buy and sell cycle, and his willingness to stay with us from beginning to end like a family member won us over. He has in fact, remained a good friend of ours and is likely to assist our son and daughter in law thru purchasing thier first home. But we really can't safe enough good things about Michael as a person and a realtor. And he of course has this keen interest in looking at homes and imagining what could be from a "renovate" and decorate perspective. We took a year to find the perfect Old Victorian home in Freehold Borough. We looked at a lot of homes and had great fun doing this with Michael. It was ultimatley all that looking that got us to where we are. And finally, he was instrumental in selling our home at 4Seasons at Monmouth Woods. In our opinion he may be the greatest realtor in Monmouth County, and he should be a "keeper" for century 21.

Michael Kalagassy is the best realtor out there in our opinion. We HIGHLY recommend Michael is you are selling, buying or both. We used Michael for our first purchase and used him again for our recent sale and purchase. Michael has a great team behind him from his office to the photographer, various inspectors you'll need and attorneys. He also has a background as contractor which comes in really handy when you're walking through a house for possible issues, fixes, etc.. He is also really knowledgeable in HVAC, septic, water systems, etc.. He's honest, patient, and doesn't push you on any one sale, he wants you to find the house that is right for you. With our recent sale he listened to our input, gave his, agreed on a sales price and the house sold in 1 day for OVER asking. Everything moves along smoothly with Michael and his team, he picks up every call, handles all correspondences between parties, waits for inspections, show you as many houses or the same house as many times as you'd like to see it. To sum it up he defines customer service and is a true real estate professional, I wouldn't use anyone else in any real estate transaction!

As buyers and sellers of many previous homes we have either lived in, bought as investment properties or flipped, we have dealt with many different realtors over many years. We were more or less social acquaintances with Michael and his family from our children's school and had known that he was a realtor but also have many friends and relatives who are also in the industry and usually don't like to mix business with our financial matters. Prior to becoming involved with Michael as our realtor on this property, we had worked with another realtor who we feel did not represent us in the way we would have liked and, unfortunately, the house was outbid by someone else. When we found out that the house was back on the market, we knew we needed to look elsewhere. From the moment we started speaking with Michael with regard to the property, it went full force and if my memory serves me, I think between the offer and ending of attorney review could have been within the week of us even first speaking to him about this home. Again, with all the realtors we have dealt with in the past, we have never had the pleasure of working with someone so professional, knowledgeable or meticulous about having every single I dotted and T crossed...along with always being so pleasant and friendly every time you are speaking to him!!! We've already been telling people if they need a realtor, he's the man to go to and if we are ever in the market again, without question we would call on Michael. Our property was a foreclosure that in the end had quite a few difficulties but with Michael taking care of us, we never had to worry about a thing.
