We listed my elderly mother's house with Deb and she guided us through the process, making it as painless and efficient as possible. The process was further complicated because my mother now lives with us out of state, and the septic system had to be replaced, which occurred close to the closing date due to permit requirements. Deb kept track of all the little things that needed to be completed prior to the sale and frequently offered to meet contractors, pick up plans and permits, etc. which really helped since we live in another state.
