She was always quick to respond when I had questions and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She even locked up the dogs before showings and let them out afterwards when I was away fishing. 1st time selling a house. Lots of good information. First offer we got was less then decent, and JoAnn helped us navigate through it. Around the same time we got an offer for what we were asking. The sale process was long due to circumstances beyond our control. But other then that a good experience.
