The review process, unfortunately, is capped at 5 stars. By rights, the needle needs to be moved to 6 as that is the level of market knowledge, personal and professional care, timely follow-up, document execution, and most importantly contract negotiation that April extended to both my wife and I on a move from California to Tennessee. The move in and of itself was a full press effort....everything from that point on was handled by April which quite frankly took a ton of concerns off our plate. Quite frankly, a rating less than 6 doesn't adequately address the performance and skill set she afforded my wife and I. 2021

April was absolutely amazing to work with. She found us the most amazing property. When our lot was in contract with another buyer, they kept looking for us. She submitted a back-up offer on our existing lot just in case and stayed on top of things and secured our property for us when the initial contract fell through. She did all the research to provide us with contacts for the survey and perc test. She went out of her way to help us. She was responsive. Even when she was with other clients she would message back letting me know when she would be available. I would absolutely recommend her as your agent! She loves what she does and is truly a genuinely good person who wants to find you the right house or property. When we are ready to build I will seek her assistance again. 2021
