Where to begin.. I cannot say enough good things about Nicole and Rolando Moran! These two professionals are THE BEST! I had lived in my home for 60+ years and finally made the decision to move to Florida with my daughter. It was definitely bittersweet. I would like to thank Nicole and Rolando for going above and beyond in every aspect to get my house sold!! They were so wonderful to work with and treated my home as if it were their own. Since I moved before it was sold and was not there to monitor upkeep, Nicole and Rolando checked on it almost daily to make sure everything was working properly and nothing was disturbed. During an inspection, we learned that there was some flooring issues in the front entryway. Rolando is also a skilled contractor who, as a courtesy to me, was able to redo the subfloor and replace the linoleum with some remnants they had. It looked fantastic and I wished it looked that nice when I lived there! Then in August of 2020, the midwest endured a rare straight line wind storm that caused many power outages and damaged countless trees and properties. Mine was no exception. Nicole and Rolando immediately checked on my house after the storm and found that a large tree branch had fallen on the house and that the roof on the back porch sustained some damage. They quickly notified me, they personally removed the downed branches, and referred me to a roofing professional who could it repaired. Nicole was responsive to all my emails, texts, and calls, and she was great at keeping me informed during every step of the process. These two are the ultimate team- with Nicole being a marketing wiz, incredibly knowledgeable in all things real estate, and Rolando's expertise in the contractor realm, they'll get your house sold or help you find your dream home! On top of all their great professional qualities, they're genuinely good people and that is hard to find these days! I highly recommend them for all your real estate needs. I have been working with Nicole over the past few months to purchase my first home. I had a little knowledge about things to look for and how to negotiate. Nicole was always a text or call away when I had found a house i wanted to look at (which was a lot). She actually found and suggested we go see the listing for my home and I am so glad she did! Nicole was patient my company took 5 months to get around to sending me to Davenport. Then everything had to be completed in a month. I never thought she could do it, but boy did she come through. She is incredibly resourceful. She kept me on task, including emotional support when I freaked out because it was all new to me. On the 30th day we walked out of UICCU (who are also amazing by the way!) with keys to our beautiful new dream home. Nicole was/is a miracle worker. I was being transferred from California and had to "look" at houses from there. Nichole was also available to do video walk throughs with us no matter what time of day, even with the time difference! When our first deal fell though with only 3 weeks left before we needed to be in a house, she made sure to find us a wonderful house and ensure that we had a mortgage company that could finance in a 2-week deadline.
