Christine was able to diagnose the situation with ease and have a sure-fire plan of attack to get this property out of my family's possession and into someone elses that was able to take care of it as it needed to be. Christine was thorough, informative, honest and so kind every step of the way. She always kept my family and I updated with each and every step of the journey. There was no "wrong question" to ask as she welcomed even the most mundane questions. She was always available no matter the day or time. In every communication we had she always spoke with not only professionalism but with kindness that made my stress of the situation disappear. I wish there were more people in all aspects of life that had even 10% of the capabilities and warmth Christine possesses.
I personally didn't have the pleasure of speaking to anyone else at the company but that not withstanding because they work with Christine it seems almost for certain that everyone at Century 21 shares her desire to help their clients. Please continue to do what you guys do.

Christine has massive knowledge of the area, its history, builders, developments, quality and reputation of developers, as well as townships and their regulations.
she also has a huge knowledge related to upgrades or fixes that houses might need, she made it easy for us to make informative decisions based on her answers to our million questions, and she always seemed to have a perfect and a informative answer, and the rare times when we asked her something that she didn't know, because it definitely was out of her area of expertise, she would get with an answer for us on the same day.
Her knowledge of the areas pluses and minuses, commute issues or advantages, desirability, history and forecast, are unparalleled.
the most comforting and most important thing to us is that she really and only wanted us to find the right house for us, never tried to push us to make a sale and get it over with, and never cared if we find the house in the first month or after a year as long as we truly love the house we decide on.
Overall, I consider ourselves to be lucky that our first experience was with someone as amazing and as excellent as Christine, and we will definitely only work with her in the future if we ever needed a realtor again, and i am already recommending her to everyone i know.
