After interviewing three realtors, I selected Natalie Bree to be my realtor in selling my house. In the interview, she was friendly and professional explaining how she worked as a realtor and how she worked with a team. Her professional presentation showed her knowledge of real estate and competence in selling property. In addition, her friendliness made me comfortable. Once we signed a contract to proceed, Natalie explained every step and all the documents that I needed to sign. Always available, she was a quick text, phone call, or email with any question I had or any concern by buyers. Natalie negotiated with the buyer for resolving any issue, and helped finalize the sell of the property. I made the correct choice in selecting Natalie and recommend her and her team to others looking for a competent realtor.

I can't express enough how great Natalie is to work with, she is a true Real Estate Professional. We purchased our first NC home about 3.5 years ago, Natalie was our Realtor that we happened to meet when requesting to see a home in our initial search, being new to the area. This experience was fantastic, smooth and painless.
Our latest adventure, purchasing our second home in NC saw multiple challenges with an unprofessional and unprepared listing/selling agent, but Natalie persevered, showing what a true professional she is in her field. Excellent communication, attention to detail with a keen focus on the clients needs. ALL Real Estate Agents should take note that this is how it's done!
Not only is Natalie fantastic, her teammate Lauren, sharing the same professionalism and work ethic was simply amazing with the administrative part of the process. There were multiple documents to sign, e-mail exchanges and phone calls required, never once was I in limbo of the next steps in the process, or had a question go unanswered. It is so nice to work with a team of professionals who are just as passionate about their careers and clients as I am. Natalie and Lauren are the only Real Estate team we will use as long as we're in this area, they are simply the best!

It will be difficult for me to fully express my satisfaction with Natalie & Co. here. Natalie helped me buy and sell this property over the past 3 years. This was my first home purchase and sale. Natalie took the time to educate me and respond to all of my hundreds of questions. The other real estate agents/brokers that I met before Natalie treated me like a number but Natalie treated me like a person. I trusted her advice and her expertise and everything went extremely smoothly and well for both transactions. There were no surprises or last minute changes or emergencies. I followed her advice and the house sold above asking price and closed in less than 30 days from the date we put it on the market. I was able to move to a different state for a new job and close the deal from 1,500+ miles away. Natalie and her team are a joy to work with and I wish I could bring them with me to all my future real estate transactions. Natalie is an expert in this region and I recommend her to everyone that mentions buying or selling in this market. Natalie and Co. made the process easy and as stress-free as possible. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thanks again!
