Jeanette's response is a total LIE! I will be posting pictures of the internal mold everywhere in that home! They painted over the MOLD with a peach color 1st and now it's painted over with blue! Look CLOSELY at the restroom shower door! WHERE'S THE MOLD LIE!? She is unprofessional and lacks integrity! I literally have tons of proof of what happened and I ONLY asked for the home to be repaired as I was told it would be in black and white! I go that way everyday and could see what work had and hadn't been done. Those cabinets are the exact same water damaged cabinets! They only painted over them! These people particularly Jeanette and her lap dog Kara are the worst! They deleted my review per Facebook. They do not respond to work orders until it's too late. Raccoons invaded in February and I paid out of pocket for the issue-wasnt supposed to. This issue didn't get addressed until July 6 months later. They left the rood exposed all that time. Then a pipes busted causing entire house to flood! Jeanette asked me to commit INSURANCE FRAUD! UNBELIEVABLE! Per documents from them, the home was to be remodeled. My family and I had to relocate to a hotel because they took up all floors left wires exposed the attic exposed as well as mold exposure. We were under the impression work was being done. NO WORK HAPPENED AT ALL! Jeanette and Kara had the audacity to send a Notice to Vacate due to home being uninhabitable. They MADE it that way ! I have video proof of the unprofessionalism. They also STEAL. I had to get on everybody a55 about that! I have Lupus and got sick. They didn't care to fix the home fr. The cabinets are the same water damaged that were to be replaced. They played insurance and was cut a $50,000 check to fix the home-1st check. They are ridiculously CHEAP AND G**TT*! Nothing was replaced . The "trash" STILL outside. WHERE IS EVERYTHING DAMAGED PLACED YALL!? LMAO Folks HORRIBLE. AGAIN DO NOT MOVE TO 1197 HARPETH DRIVE. 38124 IF U WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY AND NOT HAVE TO GET LEGAL REPRESENTATION. In response to the response below.... None of this is accurate. I was in communication with YOUR closing attorney every other day and she assured me that she had spoken to you frequently to update you and that you were aware of and ok with the status. In fact you spoke to her on the morning of October 5th at which time your closing attorney told you that I was in a meeting with the city of Memphis at that moment to finalize what was needed to close on the property. She says that again you stated you were ok with the situation. The day you were scheduled to sign your portion of the closing, your agent contacted me stating that an investor friend of yours told you that you were overpaying for the house and at that point you were willing to offer me $25k less. When I hung up and called your closing attorney they were unaware that you changed your mind.
So again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN!!!
Response from Jeanette Lin The contract to purchase your home was signed on September 20th with a closing date of September 27th. Your mortgage company did not get back to our closing attorney in a timely manner so an extension was granted for October 4th. Your mortgage company still did not provide the needed information to our attorney and the contract was not extended a second time. As of October 4th, the original contract was null and void. On October 13th, we received notice that our attorney had finally received the requested information however we were no longer interested as other homes had been purchased in the time it took for your mortgage company to respond. We were no longer interested in your home at the original price and you declined the new offer. 2022
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JEANETTE LIN. Her agent came to my home and took pictures, sent me a contract which we both signed and then she backed out the day of closing, stating she could not pay that much for the home. She wasted weeks of my time doing this. This is no way to do business!!! 2022

She simply doesn't respond, even after multiple attempts. This is such a pity because these listings then just sit on the marketplace. I wonder if she is also breaching real estate codes of ethics for not representing her seller properly. Such a shame. 2020
