Ryan did a fantastic job for us. When we first met Ryan he was confident and well organized, he assured us that he could sell our home quickly and at a fair price. He even showed us a 102 point plan that he would follow in order to accomplish this. Well, it worked. People came to our house, and were really interested. In no time at all we were given a decent offer, which we accepted. But that was only half of it. Now we needed to find a home closer to where my job is. I was impressed with Ryan at our first meeting. He was knowledgeable about selling commercial properties and he gave me some solid recommendations on how to best sell my property. I signed up with him on the spot to list my property. The listing came out and in the first week we had 5 potential buyers look at the property. Prior to Ryan coming to help me I had three different agents that tried to sell my house in the last three years.
