Dean is a great friend and realtor. Our families have been friends for a couple generations. Dean represented us in selling our grandparents' home. It was a complex process because it was an acreage that had never been on the market, and we all had an emotional attachment to the place. Despite a few initial setbacks on land zoning/ market valuation and initial marketing that may have over-emphasized the "as is" reality of the place, Dean did a fantastic job.
