Fulton is a city in Callaway County, Missouri, United States. It was founded in 1825 by James and Elizabeth Lenoir and named after Robert Fulton, the inventor of the steamboat. The city has a population of around 12,000 people and covers an area of 11.25 square miles.

Fulton is home to several educational institutions including William Woods University and Westminster College. Winston Churchill delivered his famous "Iron Curtain" speech at Westminster College in 1946, which is now commemorated in the National Churchill Museum located on the college campus.

Fulton is also home to several parks and recreational areas, including Memorial Park and the city-owned Fulton Country Club. The city also hosts a variety of annual events and festivals such as the Fulton Street Fair and the Logboat Classic fishing tournament.
